What is the process to be a member of AABCC?

Click the ‘Join Us’ tab on the top right coer or the ‘Join Alumni BCC Now’ tab and simply fill out the form.

What are the documents required to fill in the membership form?

  • Soft copy of a passport-size photo. (Only jpg and jpeg files are allowed. Max. The photo size accepted is 50 KB)
  • Any document which proves his/her studentship, like pass out certificate, final year mark sheet, etc. (Only jpg, jpeg, pdf files are allowed. Max. file size accepted is 500 KB)
  • A picture of your signature. (Only jpg and jpeg files are allowed. Max. file size accepted is 50 KB)
  • Soft copy of payment slip. (Only jpg and jpeg files are allowed. Max. The photo size accepted is 50 KB)

 

What is Life Membership?

Those who want to become a lifetime member of AABCC.

Who are Life Members?

Those who have registered themselves with Rs 5000/- .

What is an General Membership?

Those who have registered with Rs. 500/-. Their membership in AABCC is also valid for lifetime.  But they will not enjoy the voting rights and other facilities of Life Members.

Who are ‘Outgoing students?

Those who are passing out from Bankura Christian College by giving their final examination.

What is an ‘Outgoing students’ membership?

Those ‘Outgoing students’ who have registered themselves with Rs. 100/- only.

To get the benefit of a lower membership fee they have to register themselves before they get their final mark sheet after publication of final year results within the year of publication. Their membership in AABCC is valid for one year only.

What are the Terms and Conditions of AABCC?

Use for lawful purposes: Users must agree to use the site or services for lawful purposes and not violate any laws, regulations, or other requirements. The user/member of AABCC must agree not to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or inteational law in any situation.

Personal use: Users may use the association's sites and content for personal (non-commercial) use and for no other purpose.

No liability: The association is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during events.

No liability for comments: The association is not liable for comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on its website.

Regarding refund of paid amount is applicable only in following situations -

  • If transaction is failed but amount is deducted from your account.
  • Amount paid for any product/service is non-refundable in any case (except above one situation).
  • If transaction is successful, and you didn't get the event/program ticket, then you should contact us as soon as possible through email on aabcc@bankurachristiancollege.in
  • Any product/service/event registration fee is not transferable to other person(s).
  • In any case (except first), AABCC is not obliged to refund your amount
  • For events: If event is cancelled by the organizers, then AABCC will not be responsible for any circumstances aroused like refunding ticket amount, registration fee etc. However, you can directly contact organizers which you can find on event detail page.
  • For Membership: If any discrepancy is found in your details, your life membership would be cancelled without any refund.
  • Members are not allowed to:
    • Use the service for any illegal purpose
    • Post content or initiate communications that are unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, unethical, or otherwise objectionable.

What is the Privacy Policy of AABCC?

  • We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove, block, or disable access to any content that we, for any reason or no reason, consider to be objectionable, in violation of the Terms or otherwise harmful to the Services or our users in our sole discretion. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, we are not obligated to retu any of Your Content to you under any circumstances. Any post, which is derogatory, defamatory or hateful and without any substantial evidence (e.g. photograph or video) may be taken down at our sole discretion.
  • User posts/content do not reflect the opinion of AABCC. It is pertinent to state that each and every post on AABCC is the information/opinion/conce/query of the user only. AABCC is a neutral platform, which solely provides a means of communication between users including institute authorities, faculty, students and alumni. We are a neutral platform and we don’t arbitrate disputes, however in case if someone writes a post/content that isn’t true, the best option for the institute representative would be to contact the user or post a public response in order to clear up any misunderstandings. If the institute believes that any particular user’s post/content violates AABCC Policy, he can flag the post/content to our attention, or/and take a permissible action. AABCC may remove the post in its sole discretion if post is in violation of the Terms, or content guidelines and policies or otherwise harmful to the Services.
  • You represent that you have read understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy. Please note that we may disclose information about you to third parties or govement authorities if we believe that such a disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) take action regarding suspected illegal activities; (ii) enforce or apply our Terms and Privacy Policy; (iii) comply with legal process or other govement inquiry, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, judicial proceeding, or other legal process/notice served on us; or (iv) protect our rights, reputation, and property, or that of our users, affiliates, or the general public.
